Seeking local actors for all roles in Feeding Beatrice directed by Betty Hart and performing on the Aurora Fox Mainstage Oct. 2 to Nov. 1, 2026!

Auditions will be at the Aurora Fox (9900 E. Colfax Ave.) on April 25 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in five-minute time slots by appointment only. Please check in for your audition at the Fox Box Office approximately 10 minutes before your audition.

ABOUT THE SHOW:

Feeding Beatrice starts with the sound of a spoon scraping against glass and the wet noise of lips smacking together. June and Lurie have a haunting new houseguest - and she’s ravenously hungry. They do their best to keep her happy, but Beatrice always demands more. As she burrows deeper and deeper into their lives, the couple faces a horrific question: What will it cost to exorcise Beatrice forever?

Kirsten Greenidge’s spine-chilling gothic tale, about a contemporary Black couple haunted by the ghost of a young white girl, deftly explores questions of race, class and the American Dream.
