Soup: Roasted butternut squash soup with maple, nutmeg, and a sprinkle of candied pecans —sweet, sarcastic, and sensational.
Salad: Mismatched Winter Salad featuring seasonal greens, roasted root vegetables, cranberries, and spiced nuts.
Main Course: Traditional Roasted Chicken, Stuffing, Scalloped Potatoes, Peas with Pearl Onions, and Glazed Carrots. (Vegetarian option: Lentil loaf!)
