Welcome to the Aurora Fox! As we get ready to start rehearsals for our upcoming production, we need to collect some important information from you. Please submit this form by the date designated below.

For any of you who have worked at the Fox in the last couple of years, please let us know below if you’d like us to use your most recent bio on file, or feel free to give us an updated one.

For the measurements section, please fill out the basic size measurements (shoes, shirt, pants) and any of the others that you know. No need to go find a tape measure at this time.
