Student Programming at the Aurora Fox

Introduce your students to the magic of live theatre with a field trip to the Aurora Fox Arts Center!

In the 2025-26 academic year, your students can look forward to student performances presented on our stage from Sept. School matinees feature an hour-long live performance in our Mainstage Theater, a Q&A with members of the cast and creative team, and, for smaller groups, a backstage tour of our historic venue. Tickets are $10–$15, with financial assistance available to help every student participate.

Foxlight Theatre Lab 2026

The Aurora Fox Arts Center proudly announces the launch of FoxLight Theatre Lab 2026, formerly known as Little Foxes, a reimagined full-day summer theater camp designed to inspire and develop the next generation of artists. This four-week program, priced at $599, will run from July 6 to July 26 (Performances July 23 - 26) and is open to teens in grades 7 through 12, including rising seventh graders and recent graduates. Registration opens in early 2026. Led by professional theater artists, FoxLight Theatre Lab emphasizes production-centered learning.

Students will gain hands-on experience as they bring a Broadway hit to life. All roles played by FoxLight students - every student who registers will be cast, ensuring an inclusive and rewarding experience. Space is limited, making this an exciting opportunity for teens to participate in a transformative summer theater experience. “FoxLight Theatre Lab is an exciting new chapter in the Aurora Fox’s commitment to empowering young artists,” said Executive Producer Richard Cowden. “This program offers students a unique opportunity to learn from professionals, develop their skills and create something extraordinary.”

We’re proud to continue our partnership with Colorado Jazz Repertory Orchestra to present a series of salon-style talks curated by CJRO Artistic Director Drew Zaremba. These hour-long talks blend history and storytelling with live music.
