Usher Tickets

Hello Aurora Fox People!

Ushers receive one complimentary ticket for each performance they usher during the season. Complimentary tickets may not be used for opening night performances and are subject to availability.

If you plan to watch the performance after ushering on your own (or with fellow ushers), you do not need to submit a request. However, if you would like to bring a guest and sit together, a request must be submitted in advance.

Important Guidelines for Requesting Complimentary Tickets

· Request in Advance Complimentary tickets must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests at the door.

· Ticket Use Complimentary tickets are for personal use only and may not be shared or transferred. Please use only the tickets allotted to you.

· Availability & Seating All complimentary and discount tickets are subject to availability. Seating is assigned at the discretion of the box office, and we are unable to accommodate specific seat requests. All seats will be assigned 48 hours prior to the performance date.

· Changing Tickets If you need to change the type or date of your ticket, please email Katelyn Sauer at ksauer@auroragov.org. Please note that requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be honored.
